Who are we?
- Vista Prane is a non-profit foundation, registered as a juridikal person, through Judicial Decision Nr. 208, dated 23.12.2005, by Regleta Panjoite, judge of the Tirana District Court.

- Non-Profit wing of Vista Group ShPK
- Though 'Vista Pranë' is an entity in itself, with it's own structures of governance, and clear mission statement, it is closely linked to the for-profit business 'Vista Group sh.p.k.' Vista Group sh.p.k. believes that part of it's own mission is to leave an impact on Albanian society in ways that go beyond traditional for-profit methods. Thus it set up a non-profit entity soon after forming as a company. Vista Group is committed to channeling significant percentages of it's own profits into the charitable activities of Vista Pranë.
- The name 'prane' in Albanian means 'nearby' or 'alongside.' Thus this foundation is Vista 's way of reaching out and getting involved in the day-to-day needs of Albanian lives.
- In it's own giving, Vista Group sh.p.k. hopes to inspire other companies towards similar generosity. Given it's commitment to quality, integrity, and creativity, it is hoped that Vista Pranë would be a recipient of such corporate donations as well.

What does Vista Pranë do?

- Seeing all sectors of the Albanian society rebirthed. This includes impacting the 'haves' not just the 'have nots.' By that we mean that the professionals, artists, politicians, and intellectuals need stimulus towards righteousness, dependability, service, and creativity
- Holistic impact on target areas
- Vista Pranë will target areas for increased commitment. We believe it is better to go deeper among fewer, and thereby model transformation in ways that will ultimately multiply elsewhere.
- Fark Kommune
- Given that Vista Group sh.p.k. is currently focusing it's real estate ventures on the Fark County south of Tirana. It is Vista 's conviction that business impact should be paralleled by social impact. Thus Vista Pranë intends to reach out and serve the needs in Fark county - medical, educational, training, etc.
- Roma (Gypsy) people
- Vista Pranë is committed to the underprivileged. In many cases the most needy in this category are the Roma people. Vista Pranë is exploring ways in which our foundation could be involved in lasting impact among these people.
